1. General Terms

These Bonus Terms govern all promotions offered by 333a. By opting into any promotion, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and to any promotion-specific terms that apply. 333a may verify eligibility and suspend or cancel bonuses, and related winnings, if rules are violated or fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Eligibility: Promotions may be restricted by jurisdiction or account status. Eligibility is determined at the moment of opt-in based on your account data and activity.
  • One bonus per person: Only one welcome bonus and one set of promotions may be claimed per person, household, device, IP address, payment method, and account, unless a promotion explicitly allows multiple participations. Violations may result in account suspension and confiscation of funds.
  • Validity windows: Welcome bonuses are valid for seven (7) days from issuance. All other bonuses expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
  • Restrictions during active limits: Players with cooling-off periods, self-exclusions, or other spending limits are not eligible to participate in promotions while those restrictions are active.
  • Cancellation for misconduct: 333a reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any winnings if there are suspicions of dishonesty or material breaches of these terms.
  • Credit of bonuses: If a bonus is not issued automatically, contact customer support before wagering. Deposits and balances will not be adjusted automatically.
  • Single bonus activation: Only one deposit bonus can be active at a time; deposit bonuses may not be combined. Where a cap applies, the maximum bonus amount is 500 USD or cryptocurrency equivalent.
  • Winnings and bonuses: There is no general cap on winnings from deposit bonuses unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
  • Wagering mechanics: When wagering with a bonus, real money funds are spent first. Wagering obligations apply to bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
  • Withdrawal timing: You may withdraw your deposit before meeting wagering requirements, but any bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
  • Bonus removal: A bonus may be removed before wagering requirements are met. Contact support or use the Forfeit option; forfeiting the bonus also forfeits winnings derived from it.
  • Betting limits during wagering: While a bonus is active, certain bets or game selections may be restricted. Bets or games that do not contribute to wagering requirements may void the bonus or block progression.
  • Prohibition on circumvention: Postponing rounds or features to circumvent wagering requirements is prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund seizure.
  • Progression through bonus features: Using bonus funds solely to progress through bonus game stages, with cash bets afterward, may void winnings if the bonus is forfeited or wagering requirements are not satisfied.
  • Expiry: If wagering requirements are not met by the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings derived from it are forfeited.
  • Low-balance cancellation: A bonus balance tied to a specific promotion may auto-cancel if it falls below a defined threshold; this applies only to funds tied to the bonus.
  • Free spins: Promotions may include free spins with varying counts and eligible games. Specific terms apply to each offer.
  • Promotional updates: 333a reserves the right to modify or suspend terms or eligibility for promotions without prior notice; eligibility may be limited by promotion-specific terms.
  • Free spins mechanics: Free spins are typically issued at the minimum bet amount unless stated otherwise, and any winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements.
  • Geographic restrictions: Some no-deposit free spin offers are restricted by jurisdiction; refer to the promotion terms for applicability.

2. Wagering Requirements and Game Restrictions

Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds and influence when bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

  • 2.1 Deposit bonuses and locked funds: When a deposit bonus is attached, all bonus funds and related winnings remain locked until the wagering requirements are met.
  • 2.2 Fund ordering: During wagering, deposit funds are used first. Winnings from the portion derived from bonus play remain bonus funds until requirements are satisfied.
  • 2.3 Non-contributing games: If you use any bonus on games that do not contribute toward wagering, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.
  • 2.4 Eligible games for wagering: Wagering must be completed through designated games. Bets placed on ineligible games do not count toward wagering and may affect withdrawals. If a mistaken bet is placed on a restricted game, contact support promptly.
  • 2.5 Game contribution rates: Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Other game types (tables, live dealer, jackpots, etc.) contribute 0% unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
  • 2.6 Non-contributing games: The promotion terms will list games that do not count toward wagering requirements. Playing these games during active wagering may void progress.
  • 2.7 Wagering multiples: The standard wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus value, unless the promotion states a different multiplier.
  • 2.8 Free spins: Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and carry the same wagering requirements as the associated bonus.
  • 2.9 Forfeiture: If a bonus or free spins are forfeited, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it are forfeited and not re-issued.

3. Eligibility & Abuse Prevention

333a implements checks to prevent improper use of promotions and fraud.

  • 3.1 Active bonuses for no-deposit offers: No withdrawal is permitted until wagering is fully satisfied or the bonus is forfeited as defined by the terms.
  • 3.2 Per-person limitations: Promotions are generally limited to one per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise. Evidence of abuse may result in account closure and fund confiscation.
  • 3.3 Consent to terms: Activation of a bonus constitutes acceptance of these terms and any promotion-specific terms.
  • 3.4 Discretionary action: If abuse or improper conduct is suspected, 333a may deny, withhold, or withdraw bonuses or promotions, or terminate access to services or the account, temporarily or permanently.

4. No Deposit Free Spins

No-deposit free spins are promotions granted without requiring an initial deposit, subject to these terms.

  • 4.1 Maximum winnings: The maximum permissible winnings from any no-deposit free spins are 50 USD or the equivalent in another currency. Any amount exceeding this limit is forfeited after wagering is completed.
  • 4.2 Wagering requirements: Free spins and any associated registration bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus sum. Winnings may not be withdrawn until wagering is satisfied.
  • 4.3 Deposit prerequisite for withdrawals: For registration-based no-deposit offers, no withdrawals may be made until you have deposited at least 10 USD (or the equivalent) into your account. If winnings arise from no-deposit promotions, deposits must be made in the same currency as the bonus; for example, winnings from BTC bonuses require a BTC deposit to cash out.
